Registration and Account

  • To sell on boip.in, you need to register as a seller by providing your personal and business details, such as name, email, phone number, address, GST number, bank account, etc.
  • You also need to verify your identity and address by uploading the required documents, such as PAN card, Aadhaar card, cancelled cheque, etc.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account and password. You should not share your account or password with anyone else or use another seller’s account without their permission.
  • You should update your account information regularly and ensure that it is accurate and complete. You should also notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access or activity on your account.

Listing and Pricing

  • You can list your products on boip.in by uploading the product details, such as title, description, category, condition, price, images, etc. You should provide clear and accurate information about your products and avoid any misleading or false claims.
  • You should also comply with the applicable laws and regulations regarding the sale of your products, such as warranty, return policy, consumer protection, etc.
  • You should price your products competitively and fairly. You should not engage in any unfair trade practices, such as price manipulation, predatory pricing, cartelization, etc.
  • You should also adhere to the boip.in’s FAIR PRICING POLICY, which prohibits sellers from charging excessive prices or fees for their products or services.

Shipping and Delivery

  • You are responsible for shipping and delivering your products to the buyers within the specified time frame. You should use a reliable and reputable courier service that provides tracking and delivery confirmation.
  • You should also pack your products securely and properly to avoid any damage or loss during transit. You should include an invoice and a return label with your shipment.
  • You should update the shipping status and tracking information on your seller dashboard as soon as possible. You should also communicate with the buyers regarding any delays or issues in shipping or delivery.
  • You should also follow the boip.in’s [Shipping Policy], which outlines the shipping charges, delivery time, shipping zones, etc.

Returns and Refunds

  • You should accept returns and issue refunds for your products in accordance with the boip.in’s Return Policy, which specifies the return eligibility, return period, return process, refund mode, etc.
  • You should process the returns and refunds within 7 days of receiving the returned product or the return request from the buyer. You should also bear the return shipping cost if the return is due to your fault or error.
  • You should not refuse or reject any valid return or refund request from the buyer. You should also not charge any restocking or cancellation fee for the returns or refunds.
  • You should also cooperate with boip.in in resolving any disputes or complaints from the buyers regarding the returns or refunds.

Feedback and Ratings

  • You should encourage the buyers to leave feedback and ratings for your products and services on boip.in. Feedback and ratings help you to improve your performance and reputation as a seller.
  • You should also respond to the feedback and ratings in a polite and professional manner. You should thank the buyers for their positive feedback and ratings and apologize for any negative feedback or ratings.
  • You should not solicit or manipulate feedback or ratings from the buyers in any way. You should also not offer any incentives or rewards for feedback or ratings.
  • You should also report any abusive or inappropriate feedback or ratings to boip.in for removal.

Compliance and Penalties

  • You should comply with all the terms and conditions of this seller policy as well as the boip.in’s TERMS OF SERVICE and PRIVACY POLICY. You should also abide by all the applicable laws and regulations governing your selling activities on boip.in.
  • If you violate any of the provisions of this seller policy or any other policies of boip.in, we reserve the right to take appropriate actions against you, such as warning, suspension, termination, penalty, legal action, etc.
  • We also reserve the right to modify or update this seller policy at any time without prior notice. You are advised to review this seller policy periodically to stay informed of any changes.

Commercial Terms for BOIP.IN Prepaid Marketplace:

1.  Commission: BOIP.IN will charge a commission of 6% on the total product value for each successful sale made on the platform.

2.  Payment to Sellers: Payments to sellers will be made within 7 days of successful delivery of the products to the customers. BOIP.IN will initiate the payment process and ensure that sellers receive their earnings promptly.

3.  Order Cancellation Charges: BOIP.IN does not impose any charges for order cancellations. However, it is expected that sellers and buyers communicate effectively to minimize cancellations and ensure a smooth shopping experience for all parties involved.

4.  Refunds and Returns: In the case of product returns or refunds initiated by customers, BOIP.IN will work closely with sellers to facilitate the return process and ensure that customers are refunded appropriately. Any associated charges or deductions will be communicated and discussed with the sellers on a case-by-case basis.

5.  Account Management: Sellers will have access to a dedicated seller account on BOIP.IN, where they can manage their product listings, inventory, pricing, and other essential aspects of their business. BOIP.IN will provide the necessary tools and support to sellers for efficient account management.

6.  Product Listing and Approval: Sellers are responsible for providing accurate and detailed product information, including images, descriptions, pricing, and any applicable variations. BOIP.IN reserves the right to review and approve all product listings to ensure they meet the platform's guidelines and standards.

7.  Product Pricing: Sellers have the freedom to set their own product prices within reasonable limits. However, BOIP.IN may provide recommendations and insights to help sellers optimize their pricing strategies and improve sales.

8.  Seller Support: BOIP.IN offers comprehensive seller support, including assistance with account management, product listing optimization, order fulfillment, and general inquiries. Sellers can reach out to our support team via email, phone, or through the seller account dashboard.

9.  Platform Policies: Sellers are expected to comply with BOIP.IN's policies, including those related to product authenticity, customer service standards, and legal requirements. Violation of these policies may result in penalties, suspension, or termination of the seller's account.
